2. Eligibility

• Sponsors: To become a Sponsor, companies must provide accurate information during the application process. Sponsorship is open to legitimate, socially responsible businesses and is subject to approval by HelpRx.org.
• Patients: Only uninsured, low-income individuals with chronic illness are eligible to apply for assistance. HelpRx.org reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion.

3. Sponsorship Guidelines

• Commitment: Sponsors agree to financially support uninsured patients as per the terms agreed upon in the sponsorship arrangement.
• Purpose of Funds: Sponsorship funds will be used exclusively to cover healthcare-related expenses, including but not limited to medical consultations, medications, and treatments.
• Transparency: Sponsors may receive periodic updates regarding the impact of their sponsorship but must respect patient confidentiality.

4. Donations

• Donations made to HelpRx.org are non-refundable and will be used to support our mission, including operational costs and direct support to patients.
• HelpRx.org is a nonprofit organization; donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. Donors should consult a tax advisor regarding potential deductions.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All Sponsors and patients must agree to uphold privacy and confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Personal and medical information of patients will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared without consent.

6. Non-Discrimination Policy

• HelpRx.org does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or national origin. Sponsors and donors are expected to uphold this standard of nondiscrimination.

7. Code of Conduct

• Sponsors, donors, and all users of HelpRx.org’s services are expected to interact respectfully and professionally.
• Any behavior deemed abusive, harmful, or disrespectful may result in termination of involvement with HelpRx.org.

8. Termination and Modification of Terms

• HelpRx.org reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to active Sponsors and patients.
• HelpRx.org also reserves the right to terminate sponsorships or relationships that do not align with our mission or violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• HelpRx.org is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from participation in the sponsorship program or use of our website. We strive to ensure accurate, reliable information but do not guarantee the effectiveness or specific outcomes of sponsorships or support provided.
